Simchat Torah

Shabbat is a gift of grateful rest from a busy week. Our tefillot (services) use many contemporary tunes as well as Reform Movement favorites. Most sermons are teaching moments with discussion encouraged. Our community gathers to take a collective deep breath to tap into a more spiritual experience than the rest of the week allows. Come join us.

We meet either Friday nights at 7:30 or Shabbat morning at 10:00 AM.  See the calendar.

Shabbat morning Torah study is at 9:00  or 9:30 AM.

Services for the chagim (Sukkot, Pesach, Shavuot) are innovative and engaging and not the usual liturgy. Yizkor (memorial) services are offered four times a year as well.

Our High Holidays include contemporary music along with classic favorites, children’s services, tashlich along the Hudson River, a Rosh Hashana hike, adult study during Yom Kippur afternoon, and also a community break fast.

See our calendar or call the office for details.
